You must immediately notify sugarph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. sugarph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account that occurs without our negligence.
You must ensure that all information provided to sugarph remains accurate and up-to-date. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
sugarph accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with sugarph's withdrawal policy. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name. sugarph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to seventy-two (72) hours, though most withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. sugarph maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. sugarph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions or suspicious activity. Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
In the event of a payment processing error, including but not limited to duplicate deposits or incorrect crediting of funds, sugarph reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance. You must notify sugarph immediately if you believe a payment error has occurred.

sugarph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if required by law. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to your account, and sugarph may withhold any funds in your account if we determine that such funds were obtained through prohibited activities.

Self-exclusion periods range from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. The sugarph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of sugarph. You may not use these marks without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of sugarph intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, sugarph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; (d) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform by third parties; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.
sugarph's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of sugarph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute, you must first contact sugarph customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint. sugarph will investigate and respond to formal complaints within thirty (30) days.
Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period will be permanently barred.
sugarph reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through email or Platform notifications. Your continued use of sugarph following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
